By participating in a recorded session, you give permission for Selena Stirlen Inc. to:

Record the session

Store the recordings

Share the recordings with other participants who were part of the same program, group, or cohort

Use anonymized excerpts for marketing, educational examples, or future product content

If you prefer not to be included, you may keep your camera off or choose not to speak.

6. AI and Training Use

Recordings and de-identified data from sessions may be used to:

Improve OnePivot.ai products

Train and refine AI-driven tools and features

Support internal training processes

No personally identifying information will be used for external training purposes without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Selena Stirlen Inc. is not responsible for any decisions or outcomes resulting from your use of the Site or any services. All content is provided “AS IS.” Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for a product or service, if any.
